Morning ladies,
Thanks Kaz for starting the thread :)
Miserable weather here today, overcast but so so hot. Can't bear the heat in my sweatbox of an office so staying home today. At present I'm wearing some fetching CK pj bottoms & a big Gap grey hoody belonging to OH :D As I don't want to be sectioned, I'll change before I go outside!!
Planned outfit for today is:
Baggy G-Star jeans
Black havaianas if the weather stays dry, if not it'll be leopard pumps
White ribbed longline vest (£4 from New Look)
Lime green cardi - £5 in the Republic sale last year :)
Hope you all have a good day - looking forward to reading about your outfits :)
Oooh whilst I was MIA the other day I missed out on the handbag talk, I've got a Balenciaga Motorcycle bag - parents bought it for a big birthday a few years ago. I loved it at the time but wish now I'd gone for something more classic as it just doesn't go with much!

Morning all!
Today I am wearing:
- Jade green scoop neck three quarter sleeve Dorothy Perkins top
- Black New Look trousers with leopard print scarf belt
- Black New Look Mary Jane style shoes with kitten heels
- Jade green headband with three green flowers in jewels on one side surrounded by a braided silver border
- Usual jewellery (silver watch, silver initial necklace, amber and silver earrings, silver and diamond ring)
- Small brown leather handbag
On the bag thing (I think I missed that one too!) I only have one 'normal' handbag, which is a brown one that I was given as a 21st birthday present. Here it is: http://www.harbourdirect.com/Gee-Gee-Brown-Leather-Handbag.html Nice, no? It is looking a bit battered now after going everywhere with me for a year but it's a perfect size for all my stuff and I wouldn't swap it for anything :)
ETA: tara747, I work in the communications department of a branch of the NHS. No dress code per se but I think the smarter end of smart casual sums it up.

You girlies all sound beautiful! I'm a sweaty mess now after walking home from the swimming baths.
glowgirl: the Russsell and Bromley bag is fab (a couple of ink stains on the back but who's complaining). The man at the church jumble last year appologised for having to charge me 50p "but it is leather". :rotfl:
We had a new stall on the market today selling sample clothing and ex-high street (mostly TopShop, Oasis and Bay) . I got a black satin and mesh mini dress covered in lime green and silver strands of beads, a 1950's style navy and white strapless playsuit, some mad lycra retro-patterned leggings in shades of grey, a denim strappy button-thro' mini dress with a wide elasticated belt and a beautiful off-white macrame-lace trimmed thigh length kaftan for £20!

Goanmad, your house sounds rather bohemian and hip!
It was our 8th wedding anniversary 3 weeks ago. We've been together 12 years. Ours were born in wedlock but DD only just made it!
I ended up convinced that DH was playing silly beggars with me earlier because I suddenly woke at 2.15 and could hear heavy big fat rain. I just thought jeans it is then and went back to sleep. When the alarm went off 1/2 hour later for me to get the kids I got up and looked out and it was blazing sun with no sign of wet floor. So I decided he'd got the hose out on his lunch break and aimed at the windows! (apparently not- I'm told by the rest of the family that it did in fact rain very heavily for about 5 minutes at 2.15)
I got up and put on the red and white print dress with silver pumps.
Off to the post office tomorrow to fetch my lovely new ebay dresses (and then list one of them straight back on there!)
After tonight I have 3 nights off, so a nice cold bottle of white for tomorrow I think!
