I want to start doing some exercises to tone up my big belly quickly. I'm an apple shape with poor tummy muscles after having 6 babies.
I do quite a bit of walking and have been using my wii fit for 30-45 mins nearly every night for the past few weeks. I want to start doing a dvd alternate nights now I'm used to doing something active once the kids are in bed.
My small local library doesn't have any fitness dvds so can't try before I buy so am looking for recommendations.
