Guess this is part rant and part on going thread starter.

My normally lass that does all my waxing was partying it up at glastonbury and given the other girls don't do Hollywood waxing I was left to find a new place

So I travelled 1 hour to nottingham to get my waxing done at Essensuals because no other place in my home town had a free spot.

The lass that attended me was really sweet and the hour flew by however When I got home I found patches of unwaxed hair on my legs, My eyebrows looked like the bare min had been done to them aka not really sharp and straight or tidy as I normally get them and the worse part!! This hollywood they do, they don't wax on your pink bits!! so I have a lovely line that I now have to frickin well shave! and have stubble on :(

Forgive me but given I paid £60.00 instead of my normal £53 I was very very miffed. (eyebrows, legs, hollywood and underarms)

Needless to say I'll be going back to my normal waxer. Wish I could of waited however going on holiday soon and she not back before hand

Anyone else have any beauty disspointments or treats that just don't delivery what they promise?

A x

I often find waxing hit and miss.
The best I've had was in Portugal on the Algarve. We stayed in a posh hotel and the girl in the beauty salon was fab. she waxed me in places I hadn't realised existed ;) but, it's a bit too far to travel for waxing.

Have you complained?

A hollywood is everything off, and if the girl can't/won't do that, then she shouldn't be doing the treatment. Her bosses won't be able to do anything about it unless you complain though :)

I asked her about it and apprently this is the salon's version of a hollywood. Go Figure.

They shouldn't really be advertising it as a hollywood then.

Did they do everything else?
