I am considering going to Ideal Home show and would like to know if people got any freebies there?
Do they have goodie bags as you leave etc?

Many thanks

we got, dog food, glist tablets and coupons, ecover washing up liquid, pile of postcards, NPower orbs toys and pasta sauce. Didn't buy the goodie bag, but reckon we got enough coupons to cover the cost of admission, which was reduced because we got the tickets from ebay. On the down side I was very impressed with a mop demo (sad I know), bought one for £20, and saw one almost identical locally for £3.99.

You buy a guide when you go in and then we collected the goodie bag before we left.
Tou get two small tubes of toothpaste, Sacla bolognese, Knorr full size pouch of vegetable stock, bottle of Ame, bag of basil and tomato crisps. Tracker bar. Sachet of soy sauce. Double velvet two rolls.
As you walk in the show you can get a sample of Glist, 2 tablets and a £1 of vouchers inside. This was only up to mid afternoon, but everytime I walked by them we got some more. Also got nail files from Biography channel and a free manicure and polish. No dog food for me. The rest is eating samples. Not as good as years gone by and a couple of stands actually ask you not to sample unless buying.

As well as the above you also get a free copy of the daily mail. I found it a big disappointment, a lot of stalls were selling rubbish! If you happened to look at anything you were pounced upon and given the 5 minute sales pitch. I would spend the afternoon shopping on Warren Street and Oxford Street if I was you.

about 30 voucher books all with £1 of vouchers to use in the supermarket, handfuls of Ecover voucher, again for the supermarket.

10 samples of Glist each with £2 of vouchers inside again for supermarket

On the way out they give you a voucher for bogof entry to Autumn show!!

I only go to get my next six months supply of vouchers.

Also should say that in the voucher book is a voucher for a free bottle of wine when you order two main courses at Pizza Express at most the london outlets, there is one in the show so have Pizza for lunch and a free bottle of wine.

Going to be in Glasgow next weekend so going to visit for the first time. Going to combine it with a visit to the Vitality Show which is on at the same place and time. Looking forward to it.
