Hello. I recently purchased some Calvin Klein glasses. But they ordered the wrong ones! They got brown ones even though I picked up black ones and mentioned I want these ones. I don't think they even got the right code on the glasses right. Anyways, I picked up the same glasses on the shelf and the manager promised me they'd re-order the ones I wanted. The thing is, last time I ordered it, they said it'd take a week, but I need them for Friday, since its my Prom!!! I told him that, Yes I know I am sad, and he said they'd get it by Wednesday. Is there any chance that is possible? What are people's experience???

The first time I ordered it, they took a week, so can I get them by Wednesday??? My Prom is on friday.

Should and could I ask for compensation?

When the frames come in they lenses won't need glazed as they will just swap them over from the black ones so that will save time.

If he has said Wednesday then you will just need to take his word for it.

I think compensation is being a bit hysterical to be honest, an error has been made and they are rectifying it for you.

Yes I thought just as much, but you never know hehe :P. I'm just very worried. So they will just replace the lenses from the brown glasses and put them in my new frames? Thank you very very much for your reply :)

That's exactly what they will do. If it's just a case of the black being ordered instead of the brown, then when the brown comes in they will just pop them out of the black and put them in the brown.

Boots are good and do have a good name and I am certain that they will get your frames in especially as it's for a special occasion.
