hi there. just wondering if anyone has tried the colon cleanse and acai berry tablets that i keep reaing about? apparently using the two combined you can lose up to 30 pounds in 8 weeks (sounds good to me!)
Currently I aqm on the atkins diet, but was wondering if it would be good to take these alongside it.
thanks in advance.

Yes, its true that nothing is like colon cleanse if u are serious about your health problems. Don't go from piller to post, just go for colon cleanse.

Anything that causes the food to rush out of the lower intestine means that your body won't be able to absorb as much moisture as it needs to because that's where the body absorbs it from and that's the weight-loss: moisture.
I'd refute that any sane, healthy person actually needs to have their colon "cleansed": the human body had evolved to do that on its own with no help from us except a healthy, fibre-rich diet and adequate hydration, so anything that claims to be cleansing is a load of nonsense and waste of money.
I personally don't believe there is any easy, short-cut route to permanent weight loss other than cutting down on calorie intake and upping the exercise even though I dearly wish there was

Are there any controlled studies to back up these claims? Or have just registered with several different names to publicize your product?

Just eat a tin of prunes - that should do the trick.

Looks like that to me too....... :D
At work, the spam filter doesn't get all of the rubbish - and most of the rubbish is this stupid claim re the acai berry (and viagra). Says it all to me.. (Commission on selling it must be good though... !!)
