View Full Version : Moving House (or not) - Get a FREE Pizza

If your moving or just fancy pretending to get a free pizza...heres a snippet that might help.
1ST.....MAKE SURE YOU LIVE IN A DOMINO'S PIZZA DELIVERY AREA @ www.dominos.co.uk
Go to to www.iammoving.com and register.
It will ask you for your old address and new address.
(If your pretending then the only important info is the new address)
It will then ask you for organisations that you wish to notify of the move. Again, if you are moving choose legit info like poll tax, electric etc..
(if not just choose something unimportant.... like Kuoni Travel or Caravan Holidays)
Once you complete the info then you will get the 'splash' telling you about the Domino's offer voucher which will be sent in the post.

Can a couple both register, and do you have to pay for delivery of the Pizza, AND is it any good?

I got my voucher on Saturday, joined the site on Wednesday ;D.
I've read the conditions on the voucher and it is for a medium pizza, including delivery, but you can use it instore if you want.
I moved about 6 months ago, and wish I'd found the site before, it is good.
You don't even need to make any notifications, just select one of the companies that needs your signature. that way you just download a form, which obviously you don't need to print or send off. That's what I did, but I will be sending it off, because it was for Barclays Bank, I forgot to tell them about my savings account! :D

Worth a try - "Going Places" is a good option - they don't know me anyway, and don't need a membership number.
Enjoy your slice! ;D

nice one thanks! :)
they say you will be sent the voucher for the free pizza "within 7 days of your move in date."
So be careful what date you put in for your moving in date ;-)

I did this a few months back and got the voucher.
As directed on the voucher talk to the store manager when you phone your order through as none of the staff answering the phone in the Darlington branch knew about it but he did.
Pizza arrived as normal and I consumed the evidence quickly. ;D
I had the same thing.
Got the voucher, phoned up the local branch and only the manager knew about the voucher.
Still, it worked a treat and we got free pizza. Nice :D

Domino's pizza offer - terms and conditions
This Promotion will be run jointly by Domino's Pizza and Moving Technologies Limited for a limited period.
Qualifying users will receive a voucher at their new home directly from Domino's pizza within 7 working days of their move. The voucher entitles you to any medium pizza from the menu or Create Your Own up to 4 toppings. If the voucher does not arrive within this time period, contact Domino's Pizza directly on 01908 580621. The offer is non-transferable.
This offer is open to UK residents aged over 18 only and is subject to availability.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Promotion Rules and by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Qualification for the free pizza offer is also subject to the following conditions:
You must have moved into a new home and used the iammoving service to notify at least one organisation of your change of address. Moving Technologies reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants in this Promotion.
You must be moving within a Domino's delivery area, as verified by Domino's on the Domino's online postcode verification. Users whose postcode is not recognised by the database, or who are moving outside the Domino's delivery area will not qualify. Domino's decision on this is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The information you provide must be accurate, true, current and complete. Moving Technologies may at its discretion disqualify any user providing inaccurate information.
The Promotion is limited to one free pizza per household.
The voucher must be used within one calendar month of the date on which you move into your new home, after which it is invalid.
The user must comply with any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations including but not limited to these Promotion Rules.
This Promotion is not open to employees of Moving Technologies or Domino's or those of affiliated companies and subsidiaries, nor to any sponsors, nor to the immediate families of such employees or sponsors.
By participating in the Promotion you agree that neither Moving Technologies or Domino's, nor their directors, employees or agents, shall have any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the offers awarded herein. Moving Technologies accepts no liability for any failure of Domino's Pizza to dispatch the voucher or fulfil the delivery where they have passed the user's information on to Domino's.
Any failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in the free pizza voucher being withheld or withdrawn, in which case all entitlements attaching to your entry in this Promotion shall terminate forthwith.
Domino's pizza and Moving Technologies reserve the right in their sole discretion to substitute the offer with offers of comparable value. No cash alternative will be offered.
Moving Technologies knows from its direct links with service providers whether a change of address notice has been valid. Moving Technologies and/or Domino's may take steps to recover damages for fraudulent abuse of this offer.
Moving Technologies will forward your information to Domino's Pizza so that they can send you the offer voucher. By opting in to this promotion you give permission to Moving Technologies to pass on your address information to Domino's Pizza and permission to Domino's Pizza to subsequently contact you with information they deem may be of interest to you.

I wouldnt worry about it. It would take them ages, and also a lot more money to prove that the information you gave was false. They would have to pay their lawers, and, that aint cheap!

I think they do that as a deterrent and to cover themselves.
They may do perhaps a random check on one or two but in all honesty it's not worth the time or money for the checks.
However .... if anyone had legal proceedings taken out against them then they would have to pay any court costs etc.
But I expect the worst would be a bill fir the pizza!

I got one through the post a couple of month's ago. I hate Domino's, so gave the voucher to a friend. She had it delivered and the driver didn't bother asking her for the voucher, so she had second's by going to pick up another a couple of weeks later.
has anyone got their voucher yet?
I went for this after moving house a few months ago! Voucher received and accepted no problems, and a very belated thanks to Mancunian for the tip!!! ;D ;D 8)

"Didn't your Mummies and Daddies ever tell you there is no such thing as a free lunch?"
Well ya boo sucks to you Chris, cos there is, and MSE have found it and I'm going to have one tomorrow!!
Pizza is nice, but free pizza is better ;)
We moved recently so I just signed up - useful service, but no mention of a free pizza so it looks like this 'freebie gold' is over.

Well i just 'moved house' as it were, although I checked a banner ad on the iammoving website and it looks like they have set a threshold of 4 companies to be notified. Anyway, I have sent my details off to 4 companies, and although nothing flashed up, I am assuming my voucher will arrive in due course?
I hope it does, though I registered in November and there was no mention of a voucher then and I've heard nothing since. Good Luck!

Confirmation of the offer should be emailed, got mine very shortly after 'informing' four places.
Thanks OP

...it's called "obtaining property by deception", it's a criminal offence contrary to S.15 of the Theft Act 1968, and I think you are all mad to risk even getting a caution for the sake of a £10 pizza.
Even if you get a caution, you'll be fingerprinted and have your DNA taken for the national DNA database. You will have to disclose the caution (or conviction) for some years if you apply for a job, and for the rest of your life if it's a job involving substantial access to children and/or vulnerable people.
I came to this site to find out how to save money, not how to defraud commercial companies and get locked up. Don't you think any of the firms concerned read these pages???
Don't kid yourself that this is a bit of a laugh, it isn't, it's a criminal offence.
