thanks, but how did you manage to get it to copy into word? I can only get the top bit to copy and paste, not the boxes with my details on it :confused:

i highlight teh entire voucher, then copy and paste it.

but you have to re-size teh pic and teh text at teh bottom seperately (you make the text smaller by actually making the number of it smaller, it doesnt copy as a picture :)

hmmm, I DID highlight the whole voucher but only the top bit pasted. must be an aol thang.

I can copy the voucher into word, but can't work out how to make it smaller so that I can get more that one onto a page. Any tips?

i had to reduce teh pic at teh top like e picture, but make teh text smaller by highlighting it and reducting its number, i also had to remove the two colums either side of the text coz it pastes liek a table.

the samplers are 3ml and 2 ml and come in little boxes

Er, yes. I read what you said, what I don't know is how to do it.

eg Where are the numbers that need to be reduced? How do you reduce the picture? How do you stick it all back together so that it looks like the voucher is supposed to?

I can see that what you are suggesting is a good idea, it's the method that I don't understand

you click on the picture and use the little boxes that turn up at teh edges to re-size it by dragging them with your mouse, then you use teh display on the tool bar to chaneg teh number of the text, its a drop down box next to where it says what type face its in, then you drag teh picture until its above the text,. it doesnt need sticking back together :)

I had a problem copying and pasting this also,so I just kept applying in different names and printed them off seperately.
