http://www.starfall.com/
try this link-it's graded for levels of difficulty so although not specifically for spelling it should help. anyway , it's really fun and free

I WAS GOING TO SEARCH THE INTERNET FOR MY SON, WHO IS SEVEN. HE NEEDS HELP IN SPELLING, MATH, READING AND WRITING. HE IS DOING ALRIGHT AT SCHOOL BUT NEEDS EXTRA HELP FROM HIS MUM, ANYTHING FUN WOULD BE GREAT AS HE LIKES COMPUTER GAMES. I HAVEN'T A CLUE WHERE TO START LOOKING. ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT ESPECIALLY ON NUMERACY AND TIMES TABLES. ANY ADVICE THAT HAS HELPED YOUR CHILDREN PREFERBLY FREE BUT NOT TO WORRY IF NOT FREE. :j

For numeracy I use http://www.primarygames.co.uk/ which allows use of software free but with 'for evaluation only' over the top (not much of a problem though.

For all other areas http://www.coxhoe.durham.sch.uk/ is full of links researched by teachers and used in many schools throughout the country, it's a good place to start and you can tie in the online activities with what they are currently learning at school.
