Smoke pellets yield a more intense smoke quicker than wood chips to penetrate the food with flavour. The pellets then seal the food, locking in the flavour and natural juices for a more delicious taste.

It's this bunch of friendly folks here who collect and save any £2 coins they receive as change etc.

Sent off for pack, thanks! I have a normal charcoal BBQ and i throw some bay leaves into the bottom when it reaches temp, it smells great. I have a bay tree in my garden, or you could try any herbs you have to hand.

Has anyone else had this yet or am I the unlucky one not to get a free sample?
Am thinking of replying and saying the idea of a sample is to try before buying - Why would I want to buy two bags straight off and find I dont like them.
Anyone else got ideas?

Yes I got the same message today; I won't be taking them up on it. Not going to spend money on something like that unless I get a chance to try it. They're not under any obligation to give away X number of free samples, and equally I'm not under any obligation to buy from a company I'd never heard of and would never have considered unless they had been offering free samples.

I replied to their No email and said I wasn't going to spend money on an item like that and that I'd go to a competitor to find similar products. Got the following email:
May I apologise that we are out of sample packs.
It certainly is not a con, we do send a large number out.
I will make up a temporary sample pack and send it to you.
Someone has linked our site to one of the freeby forums and we have been inundated with requests, mostly I think from youngsters with no interest other than getting as many freeby as possible. This has made it very difficult for those that really have an interest.
Thank you for your time.
