Sold m/bike on Ebay...buyer wants to take bike to Poland need advice

Hi!
Sold a motorbike on Ebay.
Buyer was Polish and has paid cash for the bike and now has the bike.
V5 filled out and sent to DVLA.The buyer wants us to fill out a 'Motor Vehicle Purchase Sale Agreement' as he wants to take the bike back to Poland.
The seller says that he needs the form filled out so he can take the bike to Poland.
There's a section on the agreement stating that the 'seller' (meaning us we think)is duty bound to pay any outstanding registration charges and deliver the vehicle with an updated vehicle registration document.
Any idea if we are going to incur any charges by signing this as we haven't a clue.

Sounds dodgy to me, he has the bike you have sent the V5 to the DVLA, he should get a registration document in his name I would think what he wants to do with the bike is nothing to do with you now.

I sold a bike to a Polish bloke. There is a part of the V5 that you fill in to declare that the bike has been permanently exported. You fill that in and give the buyer the V5 - he needs it in Poland. Read through your V5 and you should se the bit I am referring to.

You sold a UK registered bike in the UK. Buyer wants to take it to Poland. His problem.

You have no proof that the vehicle has been permanently exported. How can you sign to say it has been? Leaves you open to all sorts of problems.

Not going to sign the form and will tell the guy he'll have to wait for a new V5.
Genuine guy (we think) but we're not signing for something we dont understand.

Have you thought of caling the DVLA at all? Out of curiosity, what is the Polish guys ebay name?
