Knoxville stars in the The Ringer, the most outrageous comedy to hit the screens this spring. Desperate for cash to help a friend in need and to pay off his smarmy uncle Gary's gambling debts, Steve Barker (Knoxville) sinks to an all time low….he attempts to fix the Special Olympics by pretending to have intellectual disabilities. However, his fellow competitors prove superior both on and off the field when they realize he's a fraud. But rather than turn him in, they join forces to help the ringer and beat the snooty reigning champion.
