i am quite thin and watch what i eat,i go running 4 times a week,i don't have much fat on me but the most frustrating place i want to tone down is around my belly button,they call it the pooch area for men i think.,any ideas gents on how to do this would be greatly appreciated

Drink at least 3 pints a day, and then more at the weekends.

It worked a treat for me and I have a lovely fat stomach.

Oh, sorry you said FLAT stomach... :osorry cant help.

Keep on Running! You need to get very low level of body fat.

Avoid carbohydrates!
thats the only way Ive ever been able to get flat belly.

I also read this in OHs copy of mens health, they also have lots of excercises.

trouble is i need carbo loading as i run a lot...

Cut out all yeast products - works for women - don't know for men.

And when you look at what yeast is in........ narrows it down a whole lot! I had to do a yeast and sugar free diet for 3 months plus. Was really hard! Not hard in what I could eat, but hard in working out what was sugar and yeast free! Once I had that sorted - it was easy!
