I currently use Vaseline Aloe Vera Lip Care but have been looking at natural oil based (almond, olive, coconut, rose hip etc) alternatives. Trouble is there are many and a huge price range, less than £3 to £11!

Anyone got any recommendations please? Obviously the cheaper the better but I realise I might have to splash out a bit more for something that suits me.

I’ve got really sensitive skin and get eczema on my lips, so need something very rich and gentle. Also prefer to avoid soy oil.

Many thanks in advance.

I like the Burts Bees ones, haven't checked the ingredients for soy though.

I like the mint one (tingly) although pomegranate is ok too.

The Lush ones are good but quite expensive. I've tried the body shop butters and which are expensive too but don't work for me as well as vaseline so have gone back to that. I hope someone comes up with a cheap alternative for us.:D

Akamuti organic honey and chamomile lip balm - its gorgeous, it works and its a pretty good price when you realise a little goes such a long way

Gale Hayman Lip Lift is good, contains shea butter, but not sure if it has soy in it. It's RRP is about £11 but you can often pick it up cheaper online. It lasts for ages though so they are quite good value.
