I got my 2 free paperbacks for doing the survey on the website - giving your views on the book covers and promotions. No despatch note included just a thank you note with the books. My mum will read them and then they can go to the charity shop.

where exactly are you supposed to send the despatch note after writing cancel on it? someone? please help!
