*Any discounts for dental and eye care?*

My mum works but does not earn a fortune!! She gets dental treatment done several times a year, and is also short sighted and has to go to moorfields at least 3 times a year, she pays full price for everything, but I thought there must be something out there to help her?

She joined HSA for about 9 months, paying around £24 a month, and when she needed new contact lenses which costs around £150 they gave her £7 towards it!! Hardly worth it!

Any ideas? :confused:

I belong the HSA and got £70 back towards my glasses, I would have thought your mum would have got more than £7, might be worth checking with them on what she is entitled to. Sorry don't know of any other schemes that help out.
