Every woman has a role to play in helping to spread the word on the importance of breast awareness.

You could help save lives by reminding your friends and family to regularly check their breasts.

To help you out, they have developed diary stickers to encourage you to make breast awareness part of your routine. They have also included a set for you to give to a friend.

To get your set of FREE diary stickers, simply fill out the form on their website:

Every woman should have a set of these stuck in her diary. Breast awareness is really important, and so easy to forget.

This is a really useful freebie. Thanks!

And chaps, don't forget the family jewels - perhaps you could stick these in your diary, cross it out, and write 'check b*llocks' next to it instead! :D

its not talked about nearly enough, you might not have visable "breasts" as males, but you still have the same or simular tissues around the breast area. but all you blokes out there should know that breast cancer doesnt just affect women, you should check as well. :)

For anyone who wants further info on what I mentioned see :

Is it still considered that women who've breast-fed have a lower incidence of breast cancer? It used to be the accepted wisdom, but I may be out of date.

(And nuns apparently have the lowest incidence of cervical cancer.)

Not sure if this has been posted before but I can't seem to get the hang of the search facility... ::)

This is an issue which will probably affect us all in some way at some time and if one woman's life is saved by being reminded to examine herself by these stickers then that's just fantastic. From Avon's Breast Cancer Crusade site:

I am not joking, I am aware of all the implications of a malfunctoining mammory gland and the dread it causes to people. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v520/elvis_bloggs/Album%201/1a_y_sad.gif
