Does anyone have a membership where three months notice has to be given?

I sent an email to them cancelling my membership ofF their website in December without any acknowledgement. Not the first time this has happened to me. Although, strangely enough they dont have trouble dealing with applications!!

I have since discovered they didnt receive it!! and I have to give three months notice, it's very annoying!!

Are Bannatyne's known for these scams?

Anyone got any advice on this?

Yes. If you have a copy of your email in your sent items, that is proof that you gave 3 months' notice imho. Anyone able to confirm?

Call them up and offer to resend or print out the email for them to see.
