OH got an eye test 2 days ago and took a D+A free eye test voucher and his NHS exemption as payment, presenting both to the staff member.
D+A chose to process his voucher as payment.
Subsequently, he is not elegible for his NHS glasses money as he had a private test.
So he's getting a retest where he's purchasing his glasses.
He was unaware of this, D+A didn't tell him and didn't want others of you to make the same mistake.
Also posted his story on the vent board (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=19184099#post19184099/) as D+A were completely unhelpful in resolving the problem they'd caused.
