its nice stuff, ive got a huge white round scar on my leg from when i dropped a great big glob of glue gun glue on my leg when i was 14 and it does fade it and stops it hurting and being sensitive to touch. :)

Has something changed cos I've just seen this and it worked fine for me. I used the link in the OP- took me straight to the form.

This is an odd one as I can't see the form on this computer, but on my laptop there is a form to fill in which is located under the green box saying "Browse" at the top of it. I'm no computer expert, but you may have to delete cookies in order to see the form.

EDIT: Or use a different computer, hehe!

Remember i could not find form to fill in so i e-mailed them & got a sample in post 3-4 days later.
