2 tickets for Destinations show, NEC, Fri 27 Feb

I bought 2 tickets for the Destinations show from lastminute. However it was only after I purchased them that I realised they were for Friday only. The person I am going with is working that day, so tickets are no good to us.
I managed to secure myself 2 freebies for the Saturday, so now I have these 2 for the Friday going spare. I can't get a refund on them so would hate to see them go to waste.

Could I arrange to meet someone at the NEC to give tickets? So wouldn't have to exchange any details?
Or is that not allowed?
