I got the same error message. I emailed them and told them the samples I wanted to try. They replied that their site had many hits today (MSE'rs I think) and apologized for the problem. They also said they'd send the samples I want out.

Only recieved 1 sample today(laidebard orgaince shea butter). but this is the one i wanted to try, about a teaspoons worth but very nice, might invest in a full size tub.
