How to claim.....
Goto play.com and order a blue, red or black Jelleez Ear Buds. On the 'pay and confirm' page click on the 'I have a promotional or discount voucher' link on the right hand side. Type in the code PLADALSTA9 into the voucher code field.

The offer is subject to availability and while stocks last.

These will come in very handy, thank you OP! (I might have accidentally stood on a pair of mine and broken them... :o)

Word of warning for everyone ordering this... check your card details. Especially if you have an old play account and your card has since expired and been replaced with a new one. If your card details are incorrect, your order will not be dispatched until you correct them.

I ordered a free Pirates of the Caribbean coin years ago and my details weren't spot on, so my order got placed on hold for months until I changed my details. (Being a freebie, I wasn't expecting it to arrive quickly, which is why I didn't think to check my order status sooner.)

Thanks to the OP good thing I am at work and passing the time on MSE I got myself a pair of Pacific Blue, good thing as well as my Ipod earphones have almost disintergrated.

I too have had an email through saying they have been posted. Next time the kids (19 & 21!!!) whine that they have broken their earphones and they don't want the ones I got for a ridiculous price when Tesco's were chucking them out, then I have a pair in my armoury!!

I'm exhausted typing that!!

Received email that my order was being processed and then a 2nd email stating they were out of stock and would not be back in stock. Oh well, maybe next time. :)

I had an account with play.com and my wife has..... turns out I ordered a pair and she did..... hers got delivered this morning and checked website and on mine says order cancelled today. Looks like out of stocks or may have realised going to same address..... play.com has the worst customer service ever so no point in chasing.

i got mine a couple of days after i ordered it. Mine came in a jiffy bag, so no wasteful packaging :) They seem pretty good to me.

I know how annoying it is when your order something free and it doesnt arrive. I wouldnt have thought it would be too hard to have some sort of thing where it takes the offer down when the number of headphones they have has been ordered. Oh well, its free so you cant really complain when you dont get em
