Hi
My card has just been declined by the company so I will not be getting my regular order. I'd like to get this sorted as soon as possible and have been searching without success for a phone number.
graze.com is the website
They are part of Nature Delivered Limited

Have tried directory enquiries and web searches with no luck:D

I was hoping for a phone number to get it sorted quickly dave, the box was to be part of hubby's valentine!
I have contacted my bank in a strop to find out why it was declined only to be told that it hasn't and that the payment is to be debited from my account on Monday!!!!

I know , Just thats as far as I got as it said all the contact info there if you login. I am not a member so thats as far as I got. reading other parts of the site it just says to email them with your problems. So I'm at a loss too

They've always responded very quickly by email (I'm talking within 20 mins) when I've had problems. They did something very similar to me - my card was declined because they took the payment a couple of days earlier than they should have. They weren't able to send the box out (presumably it has to be sent by a certain time) but they gave me next one free.

I have emailed them about this but they haven't replied yet!
My card wasn't declined acording to my bank, the payment went through and is debited from my account on Monday!

Got me a guy's mobile who worked there for me to phone:T
He then went in search of customer services to get them to give me a ring, which I am now waiting for, will let you know what happens:D

Nice chappie phoned back from customer services, listened to all the details, apologised and said they would get their bank to look into it for me and okayed my box for me so that it still comes tomorrow!!!!!

Wouldn't give me a phone number though as at present they deal with everything through email!
But I have the chappie's mobile just in case I ever have any more problems:D

Hello,
I heard about Graze through moneysavingexpert and thought it was a great idea... but the order that was supposed to arrive today hasn't... they were supposed to give me an offer on it and they haven't... and I'm away next week... I've emailed as there's no number on the site and they've just sent me a template email back saying I can have a discount off my next order and that they hope the box arrives soon!!
I emailed back to exaplain the problem again and they've not replied. How hard is it to communicate in 2009?!
I tried calling the company next door but the guy I spoke to there said he didn't have a number for them.
Can you help? Could you pass it on so I can speak to someone who can sort this out.
If this is how healthy eating works, I think I'll go back to cheese burgers.

See page 11, (vi)" If payment is required in advance, you must supply your full
geographic address"
and page 14, 3.10 "the geographic address of the business to which the consumer may direct any complaints. There is no definition of ‘geographic address’ in the DSRs but our view is that this means a physical location, so a P O Box address is not sufficient,".
Under DSRs they are obliged to supply a geographical address, which they are not doing, a PO Box is not sufficient.
I suggest that you contact Trading Standards, as they are breaking the law by not supplying legally required information.
