BTW, the voucher says the prizes are 500 GBP cash, a 4GB MP4 player or half prize entry into 'Win a London Pad'. Some little voice in my head says that the latter is given away most :D

Using the HOME code i won an MP4 Player. I couldnt enter my full phone number though, it only allowed 10 digits (instead of the 11 you actually require) so i hope they contact me via email instead of phone.

Interesting concept though, £8million development and they're selling 200,000 tickets to win the whole development. Get a free entry if you purchase an MP4 player (at £100!) and they're giving £3 to Great Ormond Street for each entry.
It is still possible to make a nice profit out of it for them. 200,000 tickets, 50 pound each would be 10,000,000.
3 GBP x 200,000 is 600,000. Plus 200,000 for the prizes and 200,000 for the campaign makes a total of 1,000,000. If the building costs of the houses would be 6,000,000 they would still make a profit of 3,000,000 GBP

This gives me some hope for receiving the mp4 player :)

I hope we will get this cycotechusa cyck flow tv-45 (which is the same as the Teclast M26). Youtube review videos show that it's a good player even though the touchscreen is not as sensitive as the ipod touch.

The half price ticket is to enter the prize draw to win a London Pad, to enter the comp the tickets are originally priced at £50 or you can buy an mp4 player and you get entered into the prize draw. The Win a London Pad has 3 weeks to go and I imagaine they've got shed loads of MP4 players left. They're probably trying to shift them and at the same time raise awareness of the competition site hence the 1/2 price tickets also being a prize.

i received mine as well and just tried it a bit. What a dissapointment it's not the cytek mp4 player. Sorry that i have to say it (and of course...it's free...), but this thing is pretty much just crap. My connection socket on the right side of the mp4 player sometimes makes contact, sometimes not. Therefor the sound quality changes quite often and the connection with the computer falls away. The menu is not intuitive and there is just a 2.5 mm connection, so you cant use a normal headphone without a converter. But okay...it's free. Im pretty sure i will not use mine though.

Considering the average ebay price id say if you were to list this early without opening (so its new, not as new) this item could get £5-10+.....but im sure it will be flooded very shortly when everyone recieves theirs.

As ive stated before, i will be keeping mine and i do love it! Yeh the usb is touchy and the size of the headphone jack is annoying but it is supplied with headphones and i have sucessfully got music and charge into it so its all good here!

I had to use the tip of a sharp knife to open it ;)
But what we see here:
- no seperate sd card.
- 90 mah battery (normal phones have 900 or more. Dunno about mp3 players, but dont think the battery will last long)
- samsung memory chip (samsung is written on the backside of one of the chips)

I`ve put the screws in again and it works again.
