Great chance to try out a magazine you woudn't normally buy.Thanks for the info.
I don't suppose anyone knows if you can order a back issue with this offer? I wanted a particular issue of BBC History, and it seems a good opportunity to get it for free! Thanks :)

lorweld, I saw that but that comment is often used even when the offer in quesrtion is one per address. Just wondered if anyone had any success ordering multiple magazines to the same address.

Just ordered a mag and the guy on the phone said its no problem ordering more than one mag per address just one per person. and there really is no pressure to buy anything else.
:money::T
i just ordered the Top Gear magazine for my bf. I ordered the 3 mags for £1. she asked where i heard about it because she hadnt spoken to anyone who was aware of it. I said it was on their website because i thought i saw it there. I must have read it on here instead oops. Anyway, she said once the £1 has been taken from my account i just have to phone up and cancel it and i will still get the 3 mags :)

Have just ordered the free Music Magazine and also took them up on the 2 extra for £1. There was no pressure to do this and was assured that if I didn't want to continue the DD would be cancelled.
Many thanks :T

Thanks lorweld- great offer. Ended up ordering the 3 for £1 on two of the magazines. There was no pressure at all, though, for anyone just wanting 1 free copy. :-)
also, just to say that the person i spoke to said that anyone who uses internet banking can cancel the subscription online, pressumably you just cancel the DD. seems nice a simple

I rang up today to order for my mother and father [pretending to be mum with her permission of course]. the man on the phone said it was only one per household!! so I put the phone down and rang back and asked if i could order for "my husband" she said certainly, when i wanted to order another mag for another family member she said only one free magazine per call!!!!! maybe theyve changed their policy???

Just ordered the Easy Food. I already subscribe to a couple of BBC magazines as it works out considerable cheaper over the year. The free offer is a great way to try something new with no risk. I'll have to get OH to call and order one for himself, I don;t hink my voice goes deep enough to impersonate him!

Hi! I have four different mags this way recently! You get a confirmation letter which lists the dates of the £1 going out...also it lists the date of when the DD goes out for subscription. All you need to do is keep the letter & make sure you ring to cancel before the DD date. They are fine about it and sometimes will offer for you to try a different mag in the same way!! Also you can cancel the DD with your bank after the initial £1. Hope this helps!!
