Offer appears to have changed on the site now and is for 1st box 1/2 price!

The only way to try this free is through one of the cashback sites at the moment!

My apologies for any inconvenience caused to anyone!

http://www.graze.com/

Topcashback are offering the 1st box free + £2.00 cash back and £3.00 cash back for the online order of your first full price box.

Pigsback are offering the 1st box free + 40 piggy points (Not that good an offer but useful if you need a few points to get a voucher)

Remember to rate the foods on the site once you are logged in so you don't get sent things you hate!

Don't forget to cancel after your free box if you don't want to carry on!

The 1st box is free on the site at the moment. Your 2nd box(If you don't cancel after the 1st) is £ 1.49, and then every box you choose to have after the first two is the £2.99.

So if you cancel after the free box it is Free!

The quality of the produce is excellent in my opinion:D

You shouldn't need to go through the cashback site to get the free box.

On the site click Get Your 1st Box Free.

When you get to the stage 2 where you tell Graze when you want the box, if you make sure you only have the one day that you want the box delivered ticked, as I just looked and they had two days ticked so maybe that was why they were going to charge you £1.49 as it counted as two boxes?

Since when was half price 'free'? It clearly states that the first box is half price.

I imagine it has changed since the first message was posted, perhaps they were unindated with orders for free boxes.

Doh! I always miss this one! I really wanted to try it so I could set up a regular subscription if I liked it! Would stop me from buying Thornton's special toffee and putting a ridiculous amount of weight on. :( Oh well... better luck next time. :rotfl:

How do you cancel after the free box? I can only see where you can push back a box but don't know how to cancel. Thanks for any help.

But the OP said you can do it either through the cashbacksite as well as the original graze box website.

Some people seem to be having problems with this offer.

When you go to the site it quite clearly states 1st box free and 2nd 1/2 price in a grey box about 2 inches down on the right hand site of the site page.

What I think is happening to people is that once they click that button it goes to a page that says

1. choose your box

2. tell us when you'd like them

now the default for question 2. is tuesdays and thursdays already ticked.

so the £ 1.49 is for the 2nd 1/2 price box as you are ordering two boxes.

So for question 2. make sure you have only got one day ticked, the day you want your free box to come. Then you need to cancel your order if you do not wish to take advantage of the 2nd box at 1/2 price.

Hope this helps.

To cancel your order:

You go to edit weekly box.

Then cancel this delivery.

Then cancel regular box.

Also you can remove card details as scottishlass say's.

I've got the credit card stage and it still says first box £1.74.

Only have one day ticked.

Hhhhmmmmm Indeed!

In that case I'm not sure what to suggest, I took up the offer 1st time round, so as the site had started saying 1st box free, 2nd 1/2 price I just took them at their word?

Sorry, after much looking at this, I cleared my cookies and internet files and it now reads 1st box 1/2 price for me as well!

It looks like the only way to get the 1st box free at the moment is through the cashback sites.

My apologies for any inconvenience caused to anyone, I will amend my opening post accordingly!

I haven't had any problems with them although I know a couple of people on here have. I have my box for a treat on Saturdays and it has arrived for the past 4 weeks.

I'd email again as they are usually pretty good for customer service:D

Cancelling is complicated as you might expect from a site started off by the people who did lovefilm, you have to edit on your regular delivery, cancel this delivery where you get a chance to do the next one or all. Take "all" obviously. Tnen you have to do it again as it seems to tee up at least two deliveries, when you remove the last one it warns you it's the last one and takes you to a survey when cancelled, so keep editing until you get that.

Deleting CC details probably won't be enough, you've already set up a permanent authority to charge. You have to cancel the actual orders.

The boxes are fun but poor value, you could create one yourself for far less. It's all a bit urban green for me, lashings of lifestyle, not a great deal of substance.

I think it's pretty good - and i love the little box it comes in!

Edit:
But saying that, i still may continue with them if i can get the boxes for less than £2.99.

Ive recieved my first box today, it had fresh grapes, lemon pistachio and apple strudel sort of mixed nut well hard to explain in a lovely box which does not had to be signed for straight into the letter box , everything is still packed neatly in lovely compartments and a serviette , I was that impressed I gave it my boyfriend for a pressie for his lunch, Its so different I think I will be a regular customer

I got fresh pineapple, yoghurt apricots and a fruit and berries mix.

Nearly scoffed it all until I realised the calorie count was quite high and I should probably graze as the name suggests over a few days.

My box arrived today and it was fab :j

I think it's reasonable value for money, although I've now edited my options to remove seeds and banana chips! The rest was delicious though.

I've got the next box coming to my hubby instead for free and then the box after that half price :T

My first one has come today as well and I'm really pleased with it. I was surprised to receive cherry oranges (7 of them), as they weren't listed on the site when I rated the foods and everything else is lovely. It's a great idea and a good way of snacking healthily.

I agree that it would probably work out cheaper buying the different elements yourself and making up your own box, but the surprise element is nice, plus you get proper portion-controlled sizes. So it's got a thumbs up from me....and I'm very tempted to continue with it for a bit.

Yes I am too astral
I had another box today, same as you cherry oranges, chilli almonds and cherish.
My daughter loves them and shes a problem eating at a funny age (13) but well worth it. My bf is a diabetic I gave him the first pack but how unusual , I could have 3 a week. I love it.
I dont smoke or drink so why not have a treat and Im back at college next week, I think they are ideal

I love mine too. I am on the second week of mine and they mean that I am eating fruit, nuts and seeds, which I never normally would.

Gave my boyf one for Valentine's day and going to continue it once a week for him too as he loved it.

Variety, surprise element and motivation to eat better all make it good value for money for me. I can see that others might not think so

Got my first box today, Very nice and a great idea, wish the company well, don't think I could afford one every week but has given some good ideas for making up my own.

Any one sign up via topcashback, I did but nothing has tracked so far.
