Malarone anti-malarial tablets.

I have just purchased Malarone tablets for going abroad. Do these genuinley have the least chances of getting side effects?

Further it asks me to take with food or a milky drink. Do I take the tablets before eating the food or after eating the food?

For your second question, if they were prescribed, you should ask the prescriber or dispenser. If you bought them direct, ask the seller.
