Core Plan advice needed!

Can someone please tell me what Soft Cheese the Core Plan suggests, I assumed is was cheese spread but was told that this is not the case.

its the low fat soft cheese, such as phyladelphia (sorry bad spelling) or supermarket own brand of the same stuff

hi, it has to be extra light low fat , philly or shop own brand- tesco and morrisons do nice once with garlic and herb.

I made this mistake, started CP earlier this week to make a change from points, so I have been eating loads onf Philly Light - but then gets the book to do my shopping and it is not allowed - yet my start up book just says 'low fat soft cheese'. Very helpful. Feeling very annoyed about that as I went for low fat but I must have been eating loads of additional points each day. But it is the Extra Light Soft Cheese. Where are you shopping, I can check my 'Shopping List' book for you if you want.

I was enjoying my ryvita, ham and soft cheese, thought it was too good to be true! So I am now having a few days off to start again on Monday when hubby is going to start as well.

hi thanks for your reponse, I've been having the ryvita, ham and cheese too. I shop at Morrisons.
