Hi, can anyone suggest anything for slight puffiness/bags under eyes. This has only been obvious in the last couple of months so I'm wondering if its (a) the weather and having central heating on too much and (b) the excesses of Christmas & New Year but it ages me horribly! Prefer not to rush out and buy "products" but to do something more natural. I'm drinking more water (and putting a squeeze of lemon in warm water first thing in the morning) but any other suggestions would be great.

Drink lots of water, cut down on caffeine and alcohol.

Puffiness can be reduced quickly by udding a thin layer of hemarhoid cream - sounds odd but its a tip from super models.

Could try and get into the habit of gently tapping the eye area every morning and night, this works for for me. I use product aswell but to be honest I think it's the tapping that 'get's things moving'.

I still have quite bad bags but since starting doing this a few years ago I have noticed the puffiness is really reduced, especially that dreaded time of month. hope this will help you, i think it's well worth a try. xx

Also just saw in the Sunday Post a couple of products by Anatomicals. One is gel mask called "Puffy the Eye Bag Slayer) which you chill in the fridge for 30 mins then pop on your eyes. It's like a mask you pop on when you're sleeping IYSWIM.

another is No Old Bags Allowed which apparantly diminshes those telltale dark shadows.

Both are £2 each according to the paper but more on the website  . No Old Bags is 15ml tube.

Not used them myself so not sure. Supposed to be stocked at Morrisons, Sainsbury's, asos.com and Boots.

Although it's a smal tube I would imagine a little goes a long way.

I bought Garnier Caffiene roll on like a sucker....not sure how much it does but like most stuff I am too sporadic at using it for it to make a difference I think.

xx

Have to say, I tried to haemorroid cream and it works a treat! Only did it once or twice as not sure how often you can do it as clearly its not meant for your face!
