I'm looking for a good place to buy some. States if need be. Preferably 1000mg - it seems scarce and royal jelly does seem more expensive than other supplements - I remember taking it in the 80's, there used to be loads of it about and reasonably priced too.
Guess we need more bees........ ;)
It really helped - don't know why I stopped taking it now... :o
Thanks in advance

Readers may be interested in the prices of Royal Jelly from IHERB (http://www.iherb.com/ProductsList.aspx?cid=184)
This Google Scholar search for Royal Jelly (http://scholar.google.co.uk/scholar?q=Royal+Jelly+&hl=en&lr=&btnG=Search) gives you a clue as to where it may be helpful.
Consumerlabs (http://www.consumerlab.com/) have not done a comparative study of different providers so they are not able to recommend any particular brand.
They do have some basic information about it although it is not particularly encouraging as to it's usefulness.
this information from Vitacost may be useful (http://www.vitacost.com/Healthnotes/Supp/Royal-Jelly.aspx)
May I remind those who have not used Iherb before there are $5 introductory discount codes on the referrals board, and another reminder to those who haven't bought from the USA before that although they are as fast as UK online discount supplement providers, if your order value (before postage) is £18 or more it will be subject to VAT + the extortionate £8 our Post Office charges to collect the £3.60ish tax. So use a currency converter before you submit the order.

Thanks Ted!
I've been meaning to get back to using royal jelly for more years than I would like to mention - its the price and lack of availability and choice that has put me off til now.
Now we have the worldwide web, means we can import it for less and not get ripped off in this country. I found some in New Zealand earlier - and including shipping, it was less than trolling to local shop (no names mentioned), why do we pay so much more in this country - for everything??
Can't even drive into the capital city without having to pay for the blasted privilege.
Meanwhile, checking out your links Ted. Thanks.
