Hi there,

I've got a T reg 1.2 Ford Fiesta Zetec that needs the whole hydraulic clutch replacing, I've been quoted £230 inclusive of labour. Is this too much? or is it just unlucky that a replacement hydraulic clutch costs so much? Would people mind please telling me what they have paid, or what they think is a reasonable charge for this service please?

Also, how much have people paid for the exhaust to be replaced on this type of car please? Because I currently have a hole in the middle section which will need replacing shortly too!!

Thanks for anyone who can help me

That is a very good price, it's a 3 hour job as I need to do the same to our Ka plus parts.

I'm happy with the price of £250 we've been quoted which includes the slave.

If you accept that the parts come to about £130, then 3 hours labour at your quote of £100 is good going.
