Has anyone had any experiences of claims through Swiftcover please? I'm going through making a claim at the moment and they do seem to be rather slow to sort things and if I wasnt ringing them myself there would be little contact between them and me. Any other experiences please?

Sorry to disappoint you but they are horrendous. I have had a claim going on since February with them. They always blame the other party which may or may not be the truth. Even so, they tell you nothing until you chase them. I have binned them this time around. I found cheaper in any case.

Rather worrying, I'm with them and have never, luckily, had to claim. They were the cheapest by far and I love their online interface.

When shopping for insurance now I go on price alone because it's my belief that when it comes to paying out, they're ALL awful.
