Hi
Does anyone have any codes or advice on how and where to get Eve Lom, cleanser or gift set cheap/cheaper.
My dear sweet daughter has told me this is what she wants for Christmas...I have phoned QVC none in stock, and when I have looked on various sites I,m sure that they must have mis-printed the prices...
Christmas or no, I refuse to pay nearly £50 on a cleanser for some fresh faced 20 year old who read about it in heat magazine..
Any ideas anyone???..

Get Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish instead - it's a much more affordable option ;)
Lots and lots and lots of us on here swear by it

True, we do - but it may not have the 'street cred'........ :o
have you tried qvc? eve lom's prices seem pretty uniform, but at qvc they sold her cleanser in a pack with the mask for free so although the cost is the same, you do get more product. also, try ebay...they sometimes have some sellers with some good offers!

Not at all. I'm 27 and have used it for years. You don't have to be old to have great skin ;)

Liz Earle is recommended for teenagers through to geriatrics and Liz earle is recommended by more beauty magizines then Eve lom (and won more awards)
But then do you want to buy something that works or something thats high end fashion?

Has she tried it before or has she just read about it? You can email Eve Lom for samples (although they don't do samples of the cleanser) for her to try first. She might find it doesn't suit her skin or she might discover she doesn't actually like it. If she does, you could buy her the starter set, which is £25.
I know you said you didn't want to pay £50 for the cleanser, but there's the travel set for £50 with a bigger cleanser and four other products - they're not very big but Eve Lom does go a long way (the tlc cream will last absolutely ages as you really don't need much of that as it's so rich).
Tbh, I've used it in the past and it's ok, but Boots Time Delay cleansing balm worked just as well.
Buy her some vouchers and the Beauty Bible instead and let her read that - I think Liz Earle comes out with top marks for the cleanse & polish.

there is a trial set available for £25 - you can get this from JL and Space NK online.
I've tried Eve Lom and I'd say that it's good but no better than LIz Earle. I must say, I'm 35, a complete beauty and skincare product fanatic, and I earn a decent wage, but I really feel that £50 for a cleanser is poor value, and believe me I regularly spend a lot of money on skincare.
Also, if she's only 20, then she really can't need to use Eve Lom. Does she realise the effort involved in using it? There are massage steps and a whole process involved and I can't see a 20 year old having the patience for that.
I don't mean to sound harsh - I just don't think it's a good idea.
