Xenical 120 mg ( orlistat) anyone .... ?

hio i was jsut prescribed Xenical 120 mg, i am morbidly obese ( BMI over 40 ) , i have high blood pressure, very high cholesterol and to be honest after being in somany diet i my body just like to pile on the pounds lol !

i was wondering if anyone have experience of this tablet and the if the side effect are really that bad ?
