My sister bought a pack from Bodycare for £1.99 for 20 nails and they are so nice, and easy to put on.
Has anyone else tried them? or do you go to a salon?

I do my own acrylics at home which I have done for ages, but I have used some cheap glue on nails before that have been rather good (in fact I think they may have been from bodycare too), but now I like something that is longer lasting and stronger. I just can't justify spending money at a salon for my nails and it bores me to tears sitting there while they are done...lol.

i do my own acrylics too. although i will go to a salon for special occasions, as i get them to do the pretty designs which i don't think i'd manage on my own.
I get mine done at the salon.
White tips, acrylic nails with an indestructable gel coating.
Its about £30 for full set & £20 for the regular infills (which I get done every 3-4 weeks).
I only get the full set changed about twice a year or less.

I use the O.P.I. nail stuff from QVC and my nails have grown long, beautiful and strong.
My nails are long , hard and natural but my sister has hers professionly done at a salon
I can grow mine & they are pretty strong.
The reason I get them done at the salon is so that the white tip lasts till I get it redone.
When I used to paint my own nails the polish wouldn't stay perfect for a week.
But with acrylics, white air brushed tip & an indestructible gel coating on top, they look perfect ALL the time with NO effort from me:D
