As title really. I'm having a declutter and have found lots of old toiletries and makeup, most of which is good brands like Eve Lom, Clarins, Lancomb etc.

I don;t want them (obviously or I'd have used them) they were all gifts, but I don;t know if I should chuck them or give them to charity/away on Freecycle?

If stuff is unopened will it be OK?

Shoudl I bin it? Or give it away on Freecycle saying it is old and they should check it first?

I hate waste but some of this stuff is probably years old.

There was another thread on this not long ago, Skinty. (Maybe do a search?) I think the general consensus was that bath/body stuff generally outlasts face stuff, and like food, if it looks and smells OK it probably is...

I'd Freecycle it.

I think I will stick it on Freecycle with a warning for them to check it all out before use. I'm worried someone will try and eBay it cos it is high end brands, but I don;t think it should be sold on just in case!
