Stansted to Wembley

I haven't used public transport in London for years and I need to know the best ticket to buy to go from Stansted to Wembley and back. I can get a bus to an underground station and then to Wembley but I haven't a clue about all this zone stuff for day tickets.

Is there one cheap ticket i can get that will take the there and back?
