I did this about a year ago - free spa day really as these are really nice gyms. Go on a Sunday morning - gym or class, swim, sauna - really relaxing and free.

Unfortunately I've been a member for two years....would recommend using it for the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and a swim, check that the gym you want to go to has these facilities first!
