Hi there
I was wondering if anyone has used any car valuation websites like webuyyourcar.com or any other to try and get a quote or even sell their vehicle, were there any pros and cons, and thanks in advance
Regards

Used car valuation guides seem unable to keep up with the plummetting real values of cars in the market so they are pretty useless for the moment.
If your trading in at a dealer, shop around for the deal you can get.
Recently on an desirable car my mother got an offer of £6800 trade in when only a few months ago it would have been the best part of £9000 and the "book" price still says £8500. Mind you we bagged a healthy discount on the new one which redresses the balance.

all values seem to be nonsense, i just look on autotrader for the same car

Webuyyourcar also say they will give you (eg) £1000, but then turn up and slate the car and say they will only actually give you £600...
Don't bother.
