Has anyone had a breast enlargment?

Hi,
I have wanted to have a breast enlargment for years and years now and wanted to know some info. Obviously I cannot afford it at the moment. I know there are payment options were you can pay monthly and my brother said he would help too. I am so unhappy with the way I look and I know If I did have this done, It would make me some what happier. Im not doing it for anyone else but me. I know there are different types of things they put in the breast but am a bit scared. I have heard and read so many horror stories. And what If I decide to have another child oneday. I have wanted to have this done for over 10 years now. Would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me some advice. Many thanks.

I had mine done in 2002. I know there are places where they also offer finance, but I would avoid those like the plague honey, they are what I'd call 'cut and shut' shops where they really are conveyor belts and don;t always do a good job.

You can check out surgeons at http://www.baaps.org.uk/ the weird thing is that if they are a member of this organisation, which basically guaratnees they are good, then they are not allowed to advertise, so anyone who advertises is probably not that great.

It is costly (and painful) and if you don;t have 5k spare I'm not sure it's a good idea in this current climate to borrow it for your boobs - even though I don;t regret having mine done, I did have hte money and it sounds like you don't.

I can tell you about different implants etc, it all depends what size you are now and what you want to achieve, as well as your body type.

you can breastfeed after a BA (breast augmentation) so don't worry about that. You do get scars though.

I have to say it did wonders for my confidence.

Thanks skintchick, i dont have that kind of money unfortunatly but im so desperate. Im kind of small frame, just over 5ft 2 about a size 10. Im 34B , i dont really understand the cup sizes and i dont want to go too huge like Katie Price, just want to have nice big breasts lol....

I can only do it through finance though, I could never save that much money nor borrow but can pay the monthly fee if its pay monthly.

Well, in that case I'd get a normal loan. My surgeon was Dai Davies and he was brilliant. I was less than an AA cup though, If I'd been a B I wouldn;t have considered surgery. I wanted to be a C but ended up a D which on my 5ft 6ins size 8-10 frame is a little large but just about in proportion and they look very natural.

I'd have thought your boobs are Ok on your frame - why do you want big ones? Would an uplift do a better job for you? Not trying to be a surgeon just wondering what you want to achieve.

You need to be sure your boobs are the only bit you're unhappy with or you will end up just wanting more and more surgery.

Thanks, I just want a fuller and bit bigger breasts, since ive had my son they have changed in shape and are a bit smaller now. I dont like the look of them, It makes me so unhappy. I have uplifting and plunge bras but its not the same. I just want boobies that look like nice boobies lol. Thanx x

Personally, in that case I'd go for implants that simply plump you out, not make you bigger. Still going to cost a few grand though.
