I work for a property managment company, and occasionally, we have vehicles dumped on our land. Most of the time tho they are stolen vehicles and a quick PNC check usually suffices.

This belongs to someone we know, but they have vanished into the abyss, no contact details et. We have no keys nor log book or anything , so Im thinking I cant scrap it ( can i?) I cant take it to the tip ( can i?) and id be blown if I can sell it!

We must have rid of it pronto , so all suggestions welcome

thanks

I know the owner isnt really "in trouble" they have fled the property due to debt issues and bailiffery.

Will the bailiffs take it?

aaaaaah what a good idea!

The thing is I only "know" its his because his co-tenant told me so. I have no supporting documents to state that it does in fact belong to the guy.

DVLA wont confirm who it belongs to due to DPA.
