I'd like to know the answer to this too please. Just finished reading my Sunday paper and there's a big advert for lipobind. I started looking for info by searching and then found Lipotrim and am now confused.
What's the difference between Lipobind and Lipotrim and DO they help?

No idea about lipobind but Lipotrim is similar to lighter life.
I've been on it for 4 weeks now and have lost 21lbs.
