Hi all,
I received a letter from National Tyres this morning listing some offers. One was 50% off wheel alignment tracking. Mine needs doing so I thought - great! I phoned them up to see how much it was and was told £25, so £12.50 with the discount. He told me to bring the voucher. I said 'I've only got a letter' at which point I turned the letter over and the vouchers were on the back. However, on the voucher the price is £11. I told the guy this and he said that the vouchers were printed when the price was £22. It's now gone up to £25. Am I right in thinking they still have to honour the £11 price as that is what's printed on the voucher? It's valid until September so nowhere near out of date.

Thanks for any help

If the voucher is still valid, they have to honour the price if they agree to do the job BUT they don't have to accept your business.

I've looked at the small print and it says they may amend the price without prior notification, so for the sake of £1.50 I may aswell just go and get it done I think.
