Hi sorry love nut it sounds like a gimick to me, the only way to lose weight is through diet and excercise, believe me i know after spending all my teens and most of my adulthood (i am now 32) being overweight i finally joined weight watchers and was horrified to find i was 16 stone:eek: . It took two years and some willpower but i got to goal lost over 6 stone!!!
I found with weight watchers i didn't feel as though iwas on a diet as i always saved points for a treat every night. I have kept the weight off for 3 years now (and through a pregnancy) so don't give in to gimmicks spend your money on a slimming club it will be worth it!!! By xmas you could be sizes smaller!!!

I agree, I have just lost, just over 3 stone, since January, by myself, but if you can't do it yourself, join a club! As the weeks go by, and the scales drop, that willl motivate you!! Good luck.
I have always had a problem with weight. Tried all the diets you can think of, yes some do work for a while then back on the weight goes.I then joined Slimming world and lost 3 stone. The plan is great, NEVER feel hungry and the weight has stayed off. It also fits in well with family.
Have a look at the thread on this site and there is one for Weight Watchers also. These will give you all the support you need.. You will lose the weight and feel great
Good luck.
