Cheap but good (ladies) haircut needed, Cardiff!

Hi all,

I'm about to graduate from Cardiff Uni and need a haircut before graduation day. I usually go back home for my cuts because I find that its cheaper there than in Cardiff (as do most of my mates) but this time I cant!

Can anyone advise on the best place for a cheap (under £30) haircut around here?

You could try ringing any of the big name salons and see if they have any model days coming up?
I'm in Brum and I tend to do that, sometimes get them free x

Local colleges are also good, takes ages but they take a lot of care.
