Anyone used an Ultreo electric toothbrush?

Hi

My Braun Oral B electric toothbrush needs replacing and rather than buying another Braun (which is one of the best), i'm thinking of buying an Ultreo which is an ultrasound toothbrush (www.ultreo.com)

I know this is only available in the USA but that's not a major issue as there's plenty on FleaBay USA which can delivered to UK. So has anyone used one of these and how effective are they? On Amazon they get quite good reviews:
